DECAY (Dark Stance) - Hel fires an orb of decay that deals damage and passes through minions. The orb will explode in a 12 unit radius if it hits a god or reaches max range.

RESTORATION (Light Stance) - Hel fires an orb of restoration that damages enemy minions and stops on gods. Hitting an enemy god deals damage. Hitting an allied god provides that god and Hel Health and Mana.

INSPIRE (Light Stance) - Hel conjures a burst of light energy around her, healing herself instantly and applying a heal over time to nearby allies that ticks every 1s. This heal is half as effective when healing minions. Hel gains Increased Movement Speed, and allies gain a reduced amount (7%) for the duration. Hel and allies also gain 20% Attack Speed while the buff is active.

Introduction

well first of all, hel is an amazing god. if you played league of legends she is alot like nidalee only somewhat better. hel can deal extreme burst AOE damage (area of effect for those who dont know) she has a few bad but alot of goods. ill start with the bads so the goods will look even better (btw this is also pros/ cons so there wont be a chapter called that way):

cons:

untill level 5 she has no passive or buffing or any support ability
very squishy (though can be fixed after level 5 with abilities)

pros: ill start with good stance:
has alot of sustain with her 1 and 3 after level 5
her 3 heal also gives bonus move speed
her 2 disables CC and at max rank protects from it for a full 3 seconds!!!! use it on you and team mates when you see a stun coming like Artemis's boar
not very mana hungry because of the mana regen
her 1 still does damage!
now damage stance:
her 1 and 3 deals very high AOE damage
her 2 not only slows but also reduces the enemy's magic protection
gets bonus magical power from level 5 and on

and thats all i can think of for now ill prob update if i fin more of any of them send me massages with any more pros / cons

Items

you can take other items i just game you some tips for items cause thats what worked for me and i think it will work good for you if you want to chane anything go ahead just one thing
gem of isolation is OP in smite it gives the same slow even if the ability is an AOE ability so it is amazing.

what to do early game:

farm farm farm if ppl come to gank in your lane go ahead and get a kill be defensive if you ge ganked and remember you can farm amazingly with 1 or 3 i dont take mana potions because the moment you reach level 5 you wont need one ever.
remember when an ally comes to gank to start with 2 even though is only 5% slow and 5 magic protection reduction ITS STIL THERE! start a fight with the 2 than start owning ppl with amazing damage but remember not to over extend.
farm alot farm farm farm
get buffs if you want.

what to do in mid game:

help team get kills, get global achivments, get kill yourself ad get towers and phoenixes
while you are not doing any of the above... GET MOAR FARM
remember you are strong but squishy if you are focus alot get more tanky items if your team needs a more supportive god build more supportive and so on.

what to do at late game:

at late game it should be almost all team fights help team and remember 1 importent thing
your 2,3 in heal form can save peoples life.
get buffs cause they are very helpful and play well.

Team Work and skills

this chapter is all about what you can do with your abilities to help your team:
your 3 in heal can save allies life cause of the heal AND move speed buff
your 2 in good form can change the outcome of a fight by making an enemy stun useless
your 1 in good form can save your life and kill someone AT THE SAME TIME saveing a friend from dying to him.
your 3 in evil form deals high damage but has a smal - moderate range around you but still amazing ^^
your 2 in evil form slows by 25% and also lowers enemy magical protection which lets you deal plenty more damage
your 1 in evil form has moderate - high range AND has a small - moderate AOE with high damage which lets you clean up kills easly after a fight
your ***ive are amazing for everything you do when you need mana or just moving around the map be in good for for mana regen but when you are about to enter a fight or in a fight be in evil form to deal more damage with the magical power bonus.

when i took 3 in the support / tank before level 5 is because you need to level it up early so when you get to level 5 it will be effective (i said it in case it wasn't clear)
