This is a very Interesting build, I loved what you tried to do there but I think Hel need more MP5 and CDR so I would start with pendulum of ages and wouldn't buy SoR I mean its speed is hella good for arena but not for conquest. Also this build has a lack of power even if you swap SoR for PoA its not enough (Idk if this is a supp or mid build, I assume its Mid?) so I suggest you to change Charons for something like Obsidian or Soul Reaver. But I liked the concept, take my upvote.

Not that this build isn't bad but it has 30% CDR so not sure what you mean by not enough CDR

I want to make it clear that Im not against 30% CDR builds on most of the mages, but not for Hel. If you build a full pen build against a very tanky team then its ok to have 30% btw, but not for a build like this one. Thats what I wanted to mean, sorry for not making it clear at first.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
