During the pre-laning phase you want to help your mid get red with your support, do not get back harpies. After you kill the red creeps you want to kill the boars, after that you head to lane and start farming.

During the laning phase you need to focus more around farming minions. Normally one team will be pushed back to their tower, if this is you, you don't want to get into any pointless fights. Your main priority must be farming. Hopefully your support will buy wards but you may have to sacrifice a consumable slot for wards, wards during the laning phase can be life saving. Although you shouldn't start pointless fights if you have an open kill opportunity you should go for the kill, if you kill your opposing adc you can grab 1-2 more waves of minions that they will not be able to have. If you can kill both the opposing adc and support and you have cleared the minion waves, help out mid, get their mid killed. One key thing to keep in mind is to always clear your pigs after minion waves.

After the laning phase is completed you are huge key to success in team fights. Unless you're for some reason underlevel you have to farm, even after your team is done farming and moved on to pushing lanes. If you still don't have full build when everyone is done laning you can normally take the gf alone if you have your core items. Another thing is the jungle objectives, if you get the fire giant you have to make sure the enemy team is either all dead, or you have a sentry ward down and the other team doesn't have a ward. Even if you have a ward it isn't really smart to attack the fg with the enemy team all being alive, they will notice nobody is in lane and they will come for the fg.
