This one would almost be at least a bit functional. The majority of item choices are functional choices (at least depending on build order) for a tank. But the lack of Shoes is the huge killer here. Getting as first item can work if you're ahead...but actually, it should probably be 2nd item, after Shoes.

Without Shoes, it makes the entire build awful.

Yep. Shoes may be lame, but if you don't build some type of movement speed and your opponents do, you aren't outrunning them or catching up to them. You're also going to be irrelevant in most fights because you'll get there too late.

2) no boots
3) only 2 aura items with void stone being super early - you are assuming a magical adc will be laning with you?
