Guan yu spear fu

Hi everyone this is my first guide. Guan Yu is a phenomenal warrior that can heal the whole team like a boss.

The items used in this build are meant to maximize guan yu's cooldown reductions, while making sure he has enough mana mid and late game to stay in lane indefinitely.

For relics I always get sprint first, and often use it with guan yu's ultimate ability, making him go insanely fast and able to clear large distances in a short amount of time. Sometimes you can take a team by surprise with this technique.

The second relic is up to you, I change it depending on what gods are on the other team, but usually get damage immunity, as guan yu's ultimate provides cc immunity.

You pretty much want to stay in reserve until level five, healing your team mates and just getting experience. after you get your second cooldown item you can start being more aggressive, just make sure you use your healing and charge abilities correctly as often as possible to get the shortest cooldowns. by the end of the game you should be able to use your ultimate ability every 3 seconds lol. Essentially this build is all about getting your ult up as soon as possible, because it utterly destroys anyone without an escape, makes you cc immune for five seconds, makes it possible for you to escape getting killed, and is capable of ccing a whole team, as long as they are in the radius of his dismount. thanks for checking out this guide, and remember to stay true to guan yu.
