Contagion and do not even consider 
Pestilence. Contagion is cheaper and has better stats, so even if you are against magical solo lets say Hades, having 
Divine Ruin or Contagion as second or thirt item are a better choice in my opinion. See the Example of the Situational Build.

Blighted Ankh do it instead of taking Antiheal Defense item, Blighted Ankh is way better for Antiheal purposes. You have low CDR but with Enhanced Blue buff and 
Potion of Power you can still max it out or at least get Temporal Beads instead.
