Faster Hou Yi (Not a Conquest Build)

First attempt at doing one of these, feedback welcome. :)

So to start, I'm a complete Smite nub (and mobas in general in fact). I don't play conquest, I don't know the roles/routes/jobs/whatever they're called and I queue solo anyway so it generally sucks. But I like Arena and Clash and basically the faster paced modes. This is a very basic build for Hou Yi designed simply to speed up his basic attacks and give him a crit and penetration boost.

Since I mainly use his 3 to chase fleeing enemies or escape myself, and since it's cooldown never changes, I left it's upgrade for last. I like hit and run tactics with this build, and I find it's good for clearing minions and poking enemy gods that are too close to them.

+ Much faster basic attacks than Hou Yi normally has
+ Can heal himself off minion waves for a decent amount

- No protection items, is very squishy
- Early game damage is low
