1.Go straight for Trans. We all know why it's good these days for most of the JG's. (You can go mace first too if you prefer even more early kill potential and faster jg clear)
2. Buy Crusher ASAP and play aggresive as possible. I recommend getting Brawlers instead of Crusher if heal is a Problem.
3. Get Hydras - Self explaining
Make sure you use AA Canceling.
4. Arondight - Huge powerspike and now you will have 30% CDR
The Passiv fits Rat really well.
5. Sell Blessing for HS -
Heartseeker is broken in my eyes and harmonises very well with Trans.
No discussion needed.
Go for Elixir of Defense or Power depending on your survivability.

Hey guys,
this is my 2nd guide/build.
Rat is currently one of the Top 5 JG's in my opinion because of his strong early - midgame kill potential and his high mobility.
If you're a very aggresive and expirienced player, know how to avoid damage and want to be in every grp fight, then this build will suit you perfectly.
My approximate skill knowledge:
Rat is my most played God.
I'm an EU PC Diamond V player, mainly playing JG for 4 years
Quickguide:
-Make sure that you take full advantage of Rat's small hitbox and additional movementspeed with the big nut.
-Always try to provoke a fight if possible and winnable early-midgame.
-If you don't dash aggresive that often, skill your Ult before your 1.
-Use your Autoattacks - Rat has one of the best AA chains, he hits very fast.
-Splitpushing is very effective with him too, especially with Crusher.
-Autoattack cancelling - We're getting Hydras and it's pretty effective with him so self explaining.
-Avoid stuns at any costs.
-Master your Ult - Yes, as stupid as it sounds. Learn where the branches are so you don't waste time searching for one.
-Hit your Ult - It can be game changing you guys know that. (Quick Tipp: Think 1 sec ahead if you're having problems hitting it)
-Focus on kill secures in the endgame.

Perhaps in the future you could consider adding a hybrid build to this to provide readers with a safer, alternative build path. Sometimes you gotta carry though, lol.
