The Destructive build Focuses on early attack speed which is something Jing Wei benefits from her early attack power is low so going for warrior tabi over ninja is important. Ichaival makes a good second buy because Its cheap and effective at boosting her attack speed. avoiding the starting item buy the Combat Boots and Short bow. then build in order Warrior tabi then Ichaival. fallow With the executioner to finish off your attack speed And move on to Bloodforge for a bit of life steal and the extra bubble on kill is nice as it stacks you will be getting double and triple kills so you will end up with 200 or 300 of buffer so you can make a quick escape. building your crit with malice is a good way to start pecking people for high damage for 3 seconds after each crit so your building good sustain. finish your 6 items with Deathbringer for the punch in your crit your enemy will feel it.
If your feeling a bit squishy I would advise selling your warrior tabi and picking up the Shifters Shield to shore up your defenses a little without sacrificing any power in the process late game your movement speed is negligible your already pretty fast with your passive and your abilities. the shifters shield really seems to build your surviveability in tight situations and in chases so its almost worth it to trade out the tabi at the end even if your not feeling particularly squishy
This build is for stubborn well defended opponents. Opening with deaths toll and boots speeds up up a little and gives you a little bit of surviveability with the minimal lifesteal. finishing off with warrior Tabi for the attack power helps you move into your full lifesteal with blood forge again its great to have to get a shield after a kill. a little attack speed is what she needs so the executioner is a good follow up. from here we move into the penetration work up your Brawler's beat stick then grab Asi this is a wonderful weapon for her because it adds penetration attack speed and lifesteal. after your built drop Deaths Toll and pick up execution for a final boost of power and a nice bit of crit damage.
With this build you should be able to cut though the toughest opponent and sapping them of health all the while. now your left a little vulnerable in the process if you feel that way like with the first build you can switch shifters Shield with the Warrior Tabi.
