also, shouldn't it also be included what to buy for 6th item after selling blessing and also possible replacement for boots after getting speed potion?

Yeah. There's no skill leveling suggestions, nor shoes/blessing replacements.

Not many situational items listed here, also no hog start mentioned.

I personally would prefer not to start HoG. That first camp isn't going to be a huge deal IMO, and since he has an AOE in his 3rd basic, that helps too.

*edit* Adjusted thought. If you want to aggress hard and level the 1 first, I think HoG would be good. If you want to just focus on clear for the first waves, then leveling the 2 and getting more potions would be better

Well I would get tier 1 boots, 3 health and 3 multi over chalice + pots.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
