With the year 10 changes, bauble is more expensive (though loses several negatives in the passive), I would put bauble back to 5th or 6th. Get spear and soul gem first. Might be better also to start with a starter item then sell and go bauble at end, gives extra kick start.

Due to the cost and the function, you really should be picking Bauble up once you have 40% CDR already, to have this get you to 50%. There's no function for the passive in this build in the place it's at.

Should consider getting Tahuti later, and the build definitely should have more pen. 10% + 15 flat isn't enough.

Consider picking Myrddin in place of Soul Gem...that would give you the 50% CDR also, and also add on more pen, with a passive function that works well for Chang'e.

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat. And, instead of clicking a map, you use WASD to move, dodge, and fight your way through the detailed graphics of SMITE's battlegrounds.
