Chang'e is one of my favorite God, I really like her agressive-support play. She reminds my Sona of League of Legends. I really love high-sustain character, but support one are my favorite! =3 Why I love Chang'e? Because she have a laaaaaarge "high Mobility" and a large AP potential. You can build her "AP"/damage OR "AP"/support, like I do.

The beginning items; I choose Rod of Tahuti and Boots of Focus. I always buy the boots for, for the CD AND the movement speed it gives to Chang'e is very usefull with her "2". For the Rod, I choose Rod of Tahuti for both Crescent Moon Dance and MoonFlower Dance. It add more AP (ability power)and it add more healing potential with that "AP"

The Others items; Orb Of Isolation is a great combo with her "1","3" and her ultimate; Waxing Moon. After you stun someone, if he's alive, I'll be slow... Then he'll die ;) Obsidian Shard; It's not so complicated, it give you AP, and 33% magic pen'... Void Stone; it's a perfect item for team fight, and AP like Chang'e seriously, do I have to explain that?! Rod of Asclepius; .........

Active items; I made you some combo you can use. First, you have Combat Blink and the mana/heal active. It's my favorite one, but you can do many combo. Greater Providence and Mark of Support are really usefull. Providence will ward the map and Mark of Support will gave you asist and bonus 20% physical and magical buff your allies. Greater Purification and Shield. I put both Shield beause I can't choose one. Both of them are really useful, so choose your favorite! Greater Purification is a support active... Like, totaly. This active is a great counter against Ymir or other CD Gods
