The Basics

Chang'e is a very good god when used correctly. She can support her whole team with her heal(3) and do some good damage at the same time.

Her movement speed is increased by 25% every time you use her dances(1,3).

Her 1 should be used to poke at enemies, clear minion lines and as your go to attack when not on CD.
Her 2 should be used for clearing herself of all crowd control. I almost never buy beads with Chang'e because of this ability. If you accidentally step into a powerful AO tornado, or find yourself attached to ares awful ult, use this.
Her 3 is her heal.
Her 4 is her ult. Chang'e ult is very powerful as not only dose it deal a mass amount of damage, it will also stun it's target(s).

Always try and stay close to your team so you can provide that useful heal.
Yes the heal does less than other gods such as hel, but don't be fooled, it is helpful.

Items

The last 4 items can be moved around as needed.
Shoes and Chronos is a must. They work towards a faster CD which is how Chang'e needs to be built/used.

If your team is keeping themselves alive for the most part, maybe wait to get the Rod of Aesculapius last.

Blue or green voidstone will work fine. If your team is mostly mage, maybe the blue would be better. If your team consists of mostly physical, keep the magical penetration and go green.

I'd always get poly, just a preference. The last spot or two could be used for defensive items, but I prefer upping my magical power because of the heal association.

Using Chang'e

I'll try and explain how I use Chang'e.

Upon trying her for the first time, you'll quickly learn that she can take a lot of punishment and just be an overall pain in the butt to kill/get kills with when she's around.

Constantly I'm looking for teammates who need help and a heal.
Chang'e is amazing at laying down some damage to occupy the enemy and healing your team at the same time. Her heals are vital at keeping your team strong and confident about staying alive. Stay close to your team, constantly poke with your 1 and ult with your team.Let them know you will do what you can to keep them from dying. Heal as needed.

She can carry a good number of gods, I don't like her solo, everyone likes to use as such though. There's just other better gods to use as solo. Refrain from having to using her as a jungler! Much better choices for that role.
