Chang'e Burst Damage

Start off with Mage's blessing, it gives you a good boost early game with magical power, mana regeneration, and 10% cooldowns whenever you complete stacking.
Next Move into boots to give you a good boost of power, mana, even more cooldowns, movement speed.
Your third item will be Book Of Thoth,it allows you to gain power based on your mana, and also boost your mana regeneration, which allows your to spam your abilities.
The 4th item you will buy is Rod Of Asclepius, it gives you a good boost in power, and allows you to heal you and your teammates more with your 3.
Your 5th item will be Soul Reaver, this item gives you a good boost of power, and the passive of Soul Reaver combos well with your ultimate, allowing you to stun, and burst down any given target.
The 6th item you build will be Obsidian Shard, this is to allow you to get through any Magical Protections that the enemy team may be building, although it can be swapped fro any magical penetration item.
Lastly you would sell your Mage's blessing, and buy Rod of Tahuti as your last item. It gives you a giant boost of power and boost your basic attacks.
relics are situational, I just use the Blink and Aegis to get in and out of bad situations, or to catch a enemy who is low.

Your skills are fairly simple to upgrade, focus your 1, then your 3,and upgrade your 2 last, and upgrade your ultimate whenever possible.
