If you have Baron Samedi on your team ensure to get his Baron's Brew, this start is for rushing Transcendence.
If you have Baron Samedi on your team ensure to get his Baron's Brew, use this build if you are confident you can use the MS and Damage from Warrior's Tabi more effectively towards building Transcendence.
Mask is not essential, pure risk/reward if you feel able to it, will put a build with it below
Swap boots for Katana late game
Swap boots for Mask late game, this build also works well in Joust if anyone is looking to use it
This is my first build I've posted on here, after using others on this site I thought I'd give it a try and post my own which seems to work, any constructive criticism would be nice as I'm only a casual player, also the Joust part I've mentioned in the note for the final build with mask in case anyone misses it.

Frostbound and hastened in the same build isn't good. Getting both items is overkill and a waste of an item slot. Especially since your rain dance slows enemies and speeds you up since you get shield of regrowth.
If you're getting rangdas mask, you want to build as much power/penetration as possible. Don't bother building utility/defense like shield of regrowth or spirit robe. You can consider magis cloak though.

Bellona and Vamana say hi.
Your "sticking potential + slows" explanation isn't enough to separate Bell and Vamana from any of the others...that's just what Katana (sticking) and Frost (slows) do in and of themselves. More specifically, my thought process here was that both have a reliable form of AOE basics (Bell in Bludgeon stance and Vamana in his ult) to get some pretty good multiple target potential.
