Cernunnos fires a bramble forward in a line that roots and cripples a single enemy hit. Upon hitting an enemy, wall, or reaching max range it will explode dealing damage and spawning an area of brambles at the location. This area deals damage every .5s and persists for 5s.

Cernunnos selects an area where The Wild Hunt will begin. After a 1s delay, enemies in the area will be damaged and Polymorphed into wild boars. Polymorphed targets are silenced, disarmed and slowed. Polymorph is not affected by diminishing returns.

I max out shifter of seasons first to get the most benefit out of the blade switching

You shouldn't have to run 2 life steal items since he has an ability that involves with it so keep blood forge. Then instead of running warrior tabi run ninja tabi. Your also gonna wanna run odissuas bow for the extra attack speed and damage. Then, for a crit item grab either death bringer or wind demon both very good crit items to run only one is need. Other then them few fixes I honestly think your build is really good for your first build.
