Introduction

Hi there I'm Incarna and this is my Overkill Loki Build, I hope you will test it and enjoy it's insane damage on the battlefield. =)

Early game you will have to keep your distance as always with Loki but around mid game you should be able to double triple and even quad kill squishy enemies, you'll need to be careful around tanks until you pick up titans bane.
This Build has worked in all game and Tested in all but Assault, since this build will have you jumping in and killing 1-2 before you have to recall I recommend not using it in assault. Instead go for something with a bit of life steal.
It excels at dealing damage to single targets and has strong escape with the increased movements speed. You will need to play smart to make this build work the way it's intend to.

Item Reasoning & Actives

1st Item: Warrior Tabi
The Reason I buy these at the start of the game is simply because speed is a very crucial part to my Loki play. Loki has no leap other than his ult and It's to important to waste on an escape. With this item and the Vanish ability you have a strong escape early game.
Reminder: early game you will be building and recalling quite often.

2nd Item: Transcendence
Transcendence is very good for Loki in the early game, once you start building with Transcendence you will no longer have to recall as often due to mana. With the maximum stacks you gain 750 mana alone, In addition to 22.5 extra physical power.

3rd Item: Heartseeker
Heartseeker is another Movement speed item, this will help you catch gods that run from you or keep up with adc that back pedal. The passive is also very strong in the later game building up to 60 more physical power on top of it's base 20. This item will lose stacks if you die, so you will need to play smart and be careful not to get caught in cc. If you're worried about losing stacks buying Greater Purification early and play defensive till your ult is ready.

4th item: Hydra's Lament
This is where you start to play offensive, The passive on this item is VERY crucial to Loki. For the next 8s after using an ability you gain 25%(114) damage on the next basic attack. (refresh after 3 sec) Very strong with the ability "Aimed Strike" which gives 220+100%(236) of your physical power to the next basic attack. This also starts your Cool down reductions which will let you spam the ult.

5th Item: Jotuun's Wrath
This items gives you some penetration and power, but the real reason you want it is to finish your cool down reduction. Once complete you will be able to use your ult way more often.

6th Item: Titan's Bane
This item is to take down the enemy teams tanks, It gives you a nice boost to Physical power but the reason you want it is to get the 33% penetration. You can substitute this with either Deathbringer or Frostbound Hammer if the other team is all squish.

Substitution Items

Frostbound Hammer: This item is great for adding a bit of survivability to Loki by adding 400 extra HP. As well as stop adc back pedal, It reduces their movement speed when hit by your basic attack by 30% and attack speed by 15% you will be killing them in 1-2 hits with Loki late game, so unless you're really having trouble with an ADC then I would not pick this up.

DeathBringer: This item will give Loki some crit chance and increase the crit damage by 40%, It WILL increase your all around damage dealt but with your base damage it isn't needed and it's just situational depending how bad you want to overkill the enemy teams squishies.

ACTIVES

Greater Purifiaction: This item is a must to escape enemy god CC. Recommend picking it up as soon as possible if up against Gods like Hades, Xing Tian, Ect ect.

Greater Sprint or Combat Blink These items you will have to choose between I personally prefer Greater Sprint for my chase item. You use these to either chase after fleeing gods or to retreat from a gank.

Skills & Passive

Passive- Behind you!: Or as I like to call it, Backstab. If you don't know what Loki's passive does it increases the damage of basic attacks from behind by 20%. You always want to try your best to get the flank on an enemy. 20% is a lot of extra damage!

Ability 1- Vanish: This is the normal MMO style cloaking for assassin classes, puts you into an invisible stat for 4 seconds also increasing your movement speed by 35%. It's the only viable escape loki has so you need to use it wisely.
Using it offensively is going to be one of the best ways to get kills, The ability adds a bleed to targets if you hit them while cloaked. At maxed lvl the bleed is 90 Physical damage +100% of your physical damage(236) which procs 4 times in 2s. Hitting any ADC or Burst mage below 50% hp while cloaked guarantees you the kill.

Ability 2-Decoy: The ability casts a clone of yourself, which explodes after 3s in a 20 foot radius. This is Loki's only lane clear other than basic attacks use it to farm early game.
Important: You can use this as a shield to block ADC spam if you put it right behind you in a gank. very good for stopping incoming single target damage.

Ability 3-Aimed Strike: Very strong damage buff, you will be able to spam this late game to get a huge damage boost if you're in a group fight. Use it wisely it grants 456 extra physical power to the next basic attack and slows the enemy by 25% for 3 seconds.

Ability 4-Assassination: With this build this skill pretty much guarantees you a kill. Make sure to use your aimed strike before using it to get the extra damage on the next basic attack from behind. should kill most goods in 1-2 hits after using it.
Important: Do Not use your Vanish ability before ulting it's a waste and if you go into a group fight you will need it to escape after killing 1-2 enemy gods.

Pros / Cons

Pros

    Very strong single target
    Great escape
Great jungle ability with increased Movement speed.

Cons
    Not great in a gank
    No life steal
You will get focused due to high damage(Especially in Arena)
