I'm not super up to date on Supp builds, but my preference for build presentation is to provide a base build template for universal use and add a section for optional items to consider.

Comments:

Skill leveling: please fix this. I honestly don't know what is going on here but it's very obviously not possible to put 7 points into your 2. And while yes, the taunt is her defining feature of being a support, but you probably want to put more points into her 3 first. You don't have to max the 3 first, but I'd probably put 3 or 4 points into it before switching over to the 2.
Items: Obviously Heroism is fine. But I'd also consider War Flag depending on comp and enemy team. If you have more than one teammate that can benefit from attack speed and the enemy is lacking in mobility, Flag gives you some very obvious advantages in being aggressive.

I don't know if you noticed, but you only have 5 main items (Amanita, Draconic, Dwarven, Shifter's, Yogi's).

Shifter's is probably fine but you'll lack in utility with the build you have.

You have 0 (0!!!) CDR for a god that has some long CDs.

Yogi's at the end? I'd skip. Not anywhere near a core item. Sustain is great but you're lacking in so many other things that this is not the solution.

I'd consider Thebes and Prophetic as optional 1st main items.

Other items you should be considering: Breastplate, Genji, Oni, Screeching, Stampede, Ethereal, and counter items (Spectral, Midgardian, Contagion, etc.). Probably other items as well but I'm not going to list them all.

So no offense on this one, but this build needs fixing and work. 100% you should be adding some CDR, drop Yogi, etc.
