Ares, The Well Rounded

Hello, this is my first build post so if something are odd, that's why. I build Ares as a bruiser, sorry if I don't know the right terms. I see people build Ares in a lot of ways, but they are usually bad. My build is very changable, so that's why I use it.

First off, always get reinforced boots. Why you may ask, it's because Ares becomes way to squish and doesn't do that much damage with the boots of the magi. People my differ but its the way I build my Ares. Voidstone is also very nice item. It helped with damage and protection. Changing items on this build is recommended because if you are fed, pile on the damage.

All your skills are useful, not one of them are bad. Shackles, easy for hunting down someone who is trying to run, You can max this or Searing Flesh first. Bolster Defenses, Remember this ability, but don't upgrade it first, it is useful when you're in a team battle and you're initiating. Searing Flesh, this is your main damage attack. I usually upgrade this one first and upgrade shackles somewhere among the lines. No Escape, by far one of the best ults. You're thinks, but what if they have beads?, If the whole enemy team buys beads, there'ye down a lot of gold.

I feel that Ares is one of the most underused gods. I almost see no one play him. But, building him right is crucial to making him good. Hopefully this helped and have a good day smiting!
