Aphrodite early/mid to late game build for all modes 3.19/3.20

Hello people of the SMITE community. I am God of Vengeance and this is my second guide on this site. I hope you like the build. Please do not hesitate to give me some feedback. I'm open to see some changes in this build.

Aphrodite is very fun and easy to play just be extremely careful early game. I do not claim to be an expert on her, but I've tried multiple builds and this is what seems to work for me the best after testing it.

One of my friends suggested that I should state level, experience I had while playing the god and stats from mastery skins so here it goes.

my experience - fun god and easy to learn, I would definitely recommend this god to people
who like high sustain/supportive gods with good damage

Pros
- pretty good damage
- high sustain
- great healer
- ultimate helps keep her and whoever she is connected to alive
- passive gives her protections that makes it even harder for her to die

Cons
- chain cc makes it easy to kill her
- anti healing items
- slows
- bursty mages like Zeus and Ao kuang
- very vulnerable when combo is down

If you get stunned or rooted by a long range god you should retreat and wait for their escapes and or cc to be down and go after unless there is more than one enemy god and if they're ahead/same level as you then you you wait for another teammate. Alot of assassins and warriors bring Aphrodite trouble.

Look out for ranged gods who have slows, stuns or roots such as Kukulkan, anubis, and neith and also the frostbound passive. They can continuously attack you and eventually kill you especially if they have anti heals. Some advise, if there is a Freya you should run or wait for one or two teammates or she will melt you. Also look out for close ranged gods with slows, stuns and roots like ravana, arachne, and erlang shen.

Then you should target gods who have little to no escapes, such as Zeus can be easy to kill but be careful about his ult and shield. you should target gods without stuns/roots so they cant run away easily or keep you from getting away.

The best gods to pick a fight with are:
Anubis
Hel
Isis
Janus
Ah muzen cab
Izanami
Sylvanus
And other gods along those lines

Try to surprise burst gods like Loki and Vulcan.

and be very careful of gods with more than one CC and a escape cause they can easily chase you down and make it where you cant escape long enough for their teammates to catch up like Xing tian.

Relics that are effective

- Beads
so the enemies cant lock you down with their cc easily
-Sprint
helps get away and negate curse
-Sanctuary
if the enemy team has a lot of damage this can help you survive

Starter
-Golden Slash
gives you decent health and damage early game
-Uncommon Slash with Shoes
gives you decent health and damage while giving you some movement speed to get to lane faster and have more potions at your disposal


1st Item

Warlock's Slash - great item that gives you a extra 600 health and good damage


2nd and 3rd Item

Shoes of Focus - gives you cooldown reduction and mana, perfect shoes for aphrodite

Chronos Pendant - gives you cooldown, decent damage, and has good mp5 so you dont run out of mana as fast


4th Item ( choose between Spear of the Magus or Obsidian Shard )

Spear of the Magus - decent damage and decent pen and works good with love birds

Obsidian Shard- decent damage and a decent passive


5th Item ( choose between Rod of Tahuti and Rod of Asclepius)

Rod of Tahuti - for great damage and a decent passive

Rod of Asclepius - for better heals, more movement speed, more health, and decent damage

Last Item ( whatever you didn't choose for your 5th item ^ )

1st combo - use kiss then follow up with love birds then finish off with back off

2nd combo - position yourself in front of an enemy ( works well if the enemy is by your tower ) use back off then follow up with kiss then finish it off with love birds

Be careful early game of the first combo since you wont be doing massive damage and the enemy minions will damage you
