I find this build suitable for all lanes, you will have med-low dmg early game but later it gets crazy.
I start with Death Toll and Warrior Tabi, and this this two items i get high lane sustainability, you have some lifeteal and 1.5 mana per hit. I prefer warrior tabi instead of active abitilites because i have that constant speed and i can strike the enemy better.
The rest of the build is self explanatory, build physical power and crit chance.
Little before mid game you should get Aegis and Sprint, this will save your *** coupele of times and maybe land you few kills.
