I've been playing Smite casually with friends for a long time and Herc was always one of my favorites. I just started getting back into the game and getting into the current Smite meta. I love jungling the most, so of course I try to run Herc in the jungle.
Jungle Route:
Speed Buff -> Harpies (HoG) -> Blue Buff -> Help Mid -> Red Buff -> Mid Harpies
This is the general route you go with every jungler that I have seen. I tend to focus most of my ganks on mid and duo, but an early gank on solo can be lane winning as they start to out level you later in the game if you are not super ahead.
You start with a Mace and will turn that into either a Crusher or a Brawler's Beat Stick based on whether or not the enemy team has a good bit of heals.

Seems solid to me, you have my +1
Also in Solo you don't rush Pestilence, even against healers, cause it completely removes any pressure you may have in lane if you go Pesti. You go Runic > Boots > Beatstick into healers. Get Contagion/Pesti later in the build if you want to double down on antiheal.
And add Blackthorn Hammer for Solo.
For Herc Supp you're mainly gonna be looking at Shell, Blink, Heavenly Wings, Frenzy for relics, situationally a Cursed Ankh (against Hel/Aphro/Set/Vamana).
