This build was not made by me. It was made by Professor Loki our father. So as you may know or not he explained why you should get this build. UTILITY. Heartseeker + Rangdas mask gives you 20% movement speed. With Jotunns Wrath, Hydra lament, and Rangda Mask you get 30% cooldown in total. Not to mention with all items together except Warrior tabi and Hydra lament you get 65 penetration. So this build is pretty good!
This build is sort of a Utility build. First you have 60 penetration. Which is more than you can ask for. Second you have 20% attack speed AND its passive is like beatstick but better due to its attack speed from the Toxic Blade which is very beneficial but especially when you are trying to do a auto cancel attack which ultimately leads to more damage as you Loki's may know. Toxic Blade will also help Heart Seeker because of Toxic Blades attack speed and Heart seekers passive. Thirdly, you also have an additional 20% movement speed which can help you escape out of battles or catching up to kill someone as they run. Finally, you have 20% cooldown reduction which is also good.
Loki. The god of 1 shotting. He has good pros yet bad cons. I have almost 11k worshippers on him and almost 12k kills. I decided to make a Loki build on him to help you guys how to play him because I have no life. Anyway so these are the Loki builds I use all the time for Clash and Arena. Because those are the only modes I play these days. I will make this guide simple and to the point.
So overall these are the Loki builds I use for those 2 game modes. If you have any concerns, suggestions, or questions please comment below. Thank you! I will update this often as possible. I might make a conquest build soon for loki Adc and Jungle. If you guys show me support.
