It's either all games are art or none. You can't have a number or paintings be art and others not being art, as long as "painting" is art, all products of painting are art. Same goes with video games, music (even pop music, American "hip-hop" etc) and everything that is considered to be art.

Agreed. Whether or not it's a good contribution, it's still art. If it's not good, then it's just bad art.
