I am level 30, but I have only done 2 of my promos and lost both, one because I was lagging so horribly. So I won't play much ranked until my Freud will play with me. And he won't play with my because I don't have all of my runes yet. ;-;
Runes are actually pretty easy to get. Just don't do normals - they're too long. Play a lot of ARAM and Intermediate Bot matches to farm very quick IP, I got an entire rune page in a few hours of playing - don't remember hte exact time but it was in one day after school.
Raventhor- Ooo I see what you meant also I don't believe in that one server is harder then the other bs. I have a lvl 24 (I think) account on NA same IGN as my name in here ,so if you want we could play some random games till I get to 30 and then mb some ranked if you want.
M4XiiMUS-Honestly you don't need to have all runes to play ranked ,but it's better. Also as mentioned if you want to grind out some IP your best bets are ARAMs,Dom (Bot games give little to no IP).
P.s. Buddha perhaps you should just rename this thread into "League of Legends" seeing how we have hugely derailed this thread from OP.
Fair enough, bot match IP can quickly deteriorate - but at least win 1 a day, I think it's 150 IP bonus for your first win, plus regular IP gains, and bot matches are usually over around 20 minutes.
