Hell yeah! I did a speed run of SoTC recently, and I think it was 3hr, 34min.
I think my all-time favorite game... that's tough. I'm a HUGE Dark Souls junkie. I know just about everything about Dark Souls. I'll have to go with that, then.
It's hard...but if I had to pick one...phantasy star online episodes 1&2(I played the one on dreamcast but the one on gamecube just had far more content so it was better).

That may or may not happen to me. Depending on how much frusteration it induces. Needs to be a bit more then dark souls for me to lose my self in the game.
