Bart said a lot about his abilitys in yesterdays Stream:
His first ability is going to be a steroid.
The 2nd is going to be a poison, working together with his 3 a nonclipping leap
His Ult is going to be very interesting and cool:
First of all it's going to be a blind, but not like Ra's
He told to imagine it as an area Effect, wich you applie to enemys. They only see a little radius around them and the rest of the screen is going to be black. It lasts about 6 or 8 seconds and allies and you can see him normally, but with a circle around him showing his field of view(like on ares 2nd ability). You can hit him and he is able to hit you, but he can't see you if you are not in the area. A very important thing is, that it moves with the enemy for the duration. Sadly Bart didn't answer my Question about the Minimap, but I think it's not going to be visible.
Didn't know if it was already said, but he is going to be a ranged physical god.

His ult sucks.
It's interesting but useless, since the enemy will just run to the tower and then wait 6 seconds. And since it won't do damage it's even worse.
