Smite not working for me

For some reason when i play smite it wont let me access the match, i can select my god and chat to teammates. However when its in the loading screen with the gods the little blue crystals don't light up not even mine. Sometimes it would return me to lobby and it's half way black. I can also see my teammates talking while their in combat.

Please help me, i don't wont to get banned.

have you already tried lowering the graphics you have. and make sure your not running any internet stuff on the background. Hope this helps

SmiteFire & Smite

Smite is an online battleground between mythical gods. Players choose from a selection of gods, join session-based arena combat and use custom powers and team tactics against other players and minions. Smite is inspired by Defense of the Ancients (DotA) but instead of being above the action, the third-person camera brings you right into the combat.
