I've been playing Smite for about a year almost and I am a level 30, mastery level 60. I have been playing ALMOST exclusively joust and assault and the transition to Conquest is something that I've found troublesome. I know that that's not usually a good thing to do, haha.
I created a Smurf to learn the gamemode's basics but now I want to get better overall in any role.
I prefer ADC or Mid but I am willing to be mentored for any role!
Yeah ADC ir mid would be good for you bc ur used to 1v1 in lane

You'll def get used to conq if ur good at joust bc solo lane is basically a joust game

I don't agree with what metabreaker is saying. the adc and mage roll are similar (as is the support in joust) but you forget all the rotating that conquest has and the jungle role (also mid is less joust then solo as mid normally is ganked the most by the jungler)
When you get into like ranked it is very common to just see a party so to speak going on in the mid lane and as such it is definitely more like joust cause it is not uncommon to have the support and the jungled at the 2:50 to 3:15 minute mark as the mid amps spawn at 3:00 minutes
