Appearance: Baron Samedi always appears with a top hat, Purple tuxedo (dinner jacket), and dark glasses. Samedi has his hands down without a weapon until he attacks, then he raises both and a purple hex circle appears in front of them which shoots out purple blasts. During Samedi's ultimate a skull like shape appears on the top half of his face (Nose and up). He also has a bottle of rum in his pocket and a cigar.

Passive - Loa of death
When Baron Samedi hits an enemy god or minion, his attack damage increases for the next hit upon the same enemy (up to a stack of 5). The stack decays after 5 seconds of not being attacked.

Baron Samedi heals all gods and minions around him for 30/60/90/120/150(+20% Magic Power)

Ability 2 - Death curse
Baron samedi shoots a linear ray from his hex circle into each god/minion with at least 1 hex on them dealing 100/135/170/205/240(+50% Magical power) + 10 per hex
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12
Mana cost: 80/90/100/110/120
Ability 3 - Drain life
Baron Samedi shoots wavy green lines out of his hex circle at each god/minion with at least 1 hex on them draining 10/20/30/40/50(+40% Magical Power) + 10 per hex.
Cooldown: 25/22/19/16/13
Mana cost: 60/75/90/105/130
Ability 4 - Rest in Peace
Every enemy with at least 1 hex is stunned and baron Samedi gains a set amount for attack speed and movement speed then everyone he hit during his ultimate takes a set amount of damage.
Stun: 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 + 0.2 per hex
Attack speed: +5%/10%/15%/20%/25%
Movement speed: +5%/10%/15%/20%/25%
Final damage: 30/60/90/120/150(+50% Magical power)
Cooldown: 100/90/80/70/60
Mana cost: 100/110/120/130/140/150

well, while I don't agree, the general opinion is that you have to be physical to enter this month, so you may want to save this guy for later. Otherwise, the set looks great! Oh, and no-one starts with magical power. If your magical, you have 0 to both. Just thought you might like to know ;P
personally, I think that the passive could make up for the lack of crits from magical basics, but what-evs. This would work just as well as a physical, honestly.
Yeah, I could see that in this kit at least, but it's not the crit chance, it's that a magical carry is a Mage. And this asked for a adc, or physical damage dealer. So I mean either A) he could hold on to this idea for later or B) just change the damage and scaling.
