Empousa will be a melee assassin doing quick burst damage and sustaining herself with life steal.
Appearance: She will take the aspect of a young woman with vampire teeth, demon wings a bronze leg and a goat leg.
(p)Bloodlust: Whenever a enemy unit dies near Empousa, she will become faster.
Speed per stack: 3%
Max stacks: 5
(1)Battle-hunger: Empousa gets battle hunger increasing her attack speed and gaining life steal for a short duration.

duration:3/4/5/6/7 seconds
Mana:70/75/80/85/90
Cooldown:20 seconds
(2)Wing slash: Empousa slashes all enemies in a cone making them wounded. Wounded enemies give you and your allies lifesteal when attacking that target

Cooldown:15/14/13/12/11
(3)Demonic spectre: Empousa makes herself look like the terrors of the enemies fearing them.
Fear duration:0.5/0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3 secs

(Ult)Darting Bite: Empousa darts to an enemy and drinks from them gaining a percentage of her maximum health back and slowing and damaging a percentage of their maximum health.

Cooldown:110/100/90/80/70
