So... the passive... I have seen games with 30 deaths on my team... 30 souls = 30x100 = 3000 heal to all allies every time an ally dies... Pro teams would create a role called "Feeder" (my team has one -_-) and then they would completely wreck the enemy team. Maybe I misunderstood?
I really like the 2nd, its awesome. Finally smite players can -DENY- that Dota is good ;) (Bad jokes ftw)

Ulti still seems like a Xbal ulti.

Hey, I just appreciate input at all. For clarification though, the souls aren't a stack. The effects only happen when the soul is picked up. I'll see if I can word it more clearly on the description. As for the ult, I know it's still just support Xbalanque but I really want to stick with the eclipse motif on it since that's apparently the basis for her depiction. I'll do some brainstorming to see if I can make it better though.
The 2x CD on her 2 seems a little unnecessary, I mean even 16s at max rank is a lot. Basically any other laner/jungler can wall by, breaking the rope and denying your using it for 24-16s. A little long, maybe 1.5x or 1.75x will work better for you.
Other than that pretty good. The ulti is a little useless imo, I think maybe a Karthus style ult would be better, but idk.

Yeah, I'm definitely going to rework her ult. I made it have the double cooldown so it's not one of those abilities that's just like "well, you're dead now" and is always up. I like 1.5 though, I'll probably change that.
