Item Idea: Trueshot Bracers

Cost: 800/1600/2450

+5/10/15% physical lifesteal
+5/15/25 physical power
+10/20/30% attack speed

Passive: Every time you hit with a basic attack against the same target within 1 seconds, you gain a buff that increases your damage against that target by 5%. This buff maxes at 4 stacks. Hitting another target, using an ability, or missing with a basic attack removes this buff.

Basically, I wanted an item that would rely on accuracy and skill. The attack speed is actually a downside, as spamming rapid attacks will just make its passive useless. I hope a 20% bonus to damage isn't too overpowered.
