+14/27/40 physical and magical protections
+4/7/10% movement speed
+8/14/20% cooldown reduction
Passive: When your health is at 25%, you gain 15% movement speed, all damage is reduced by 80, and become immune to CC for 2 seconds. This effect can only occur once every 30 seconds.
I really like this idea because we do need a heavy tank item, though the passive seems slightly OP, I would say drop the health to 20% and increase the cooldown to 45. Or you could keep it at 25% and change the cooldown to 60. But the idea is good.
