I read Xiyoujie (the story of Sun Wukong), in chinese, and i always thought his name was Zhu bajie. Zhu Wueng was his Buddhist name. just like Sun Wukong is his regular name but he also has a Buddhist name. Also the reason he was banished from heaven was because he got really, really drunk and accidentally touched Chen E's clothing so he was literally thrown out of heaven and was turned into a pig demon. then he was told to go on a quest to body guard a monk with Sun Wukong and Sha Wujing (or Sha Heshan) and was given his epic rake. Also in what part of the story says his rake is retractable?
