Well I didn't want to give him much damaging abilities, though I could probably add another damaging one. I'll try to incorporate it into the ult.

I see, you want to make utility god, full support etc.
Well think of League of legends lulu (SORRY TO HATERS FOR BRINGING THAT IN)

Lulu has a disable that can speed buff
A reveal/damage that can shield.
A heal/buff/knockup ultimate that can be used offence and defence. And thanks to this she plays a caster very well and a support very well.

Just imagine those abilities, They do damage / stun AND they can be supportive to team.

Do that with the 1 and 2 and your set and ready to go

Suggestion:

Ability 1:
Itzamna locks onto 3 gods (Ally/Enemy) shooting a natural pulse onto them. If it hits enemies they will lose protection and allies hit gain protection.

Ability 2:
Itzamna learns everyone in an AOE offensive tactics, letting allies gain damage.
If enemies are in the AOE he shoots out roots to them, the roots link to them for 5s and are broken if they leave the roots range. If the roots are broken the enemy is stunned
