Buto concentrates her powers to her gazing eyes. Enemies hit by the cone are slowed but if they faced her while it is cast, they are charmed to her eyes and will be "taunted" as well. (Cheers to Subzero008)
Buto releases her serpents prioritizing an enemy god with poison. They drain the life force out of an enemy god, dealing physical damage equal to a percentage of their maximum health and healing herself for the same amount. When an enemy die while under the infliction of Serpent's Fury, the serpents will find another prey dealing 50% damage.
Cost: 100/105/110/115/120
Protections Debuff: 35% gradually over 4 seconds.
Initial Damage:
60/75/90/105/120 + ( 25% Physical Damage) +
2 / 3 / 4% (+ 0.5% per 100 Physical Damage) of target's maximum health per 0.5 seconds for 5 seconds.
Passive: Pretty cool. but none of her effects actually apply a poison debuff, so technically this passive is useless.
Venom: Only 4 iterations? So at level one it does nothing? (Also, you should probably put it as tick damage, like Poison Darts and Poison Claws.
Neurotoxin Spit: Interesting idea, though you should put down how long the trail lasts and put some contributions. Also a 10% slow is nothing. (Personally, I think a 10/15/20/25/30% cooldown increase of enemies affected by the first shot is a good idea for the Neurotoxin thing)
Wadjet: I think this should be another line ability, like Anubis' Death Gaze. Make them taunted if they're looking away, since they're drawn toward her eyes, and make them stunned if they look directly, since that goes well with the whole snake-medusa thing. I'd understand blinding if she spits poison into their eyes, but since it seems like a concentrated gaze, I think a stun or a fear would be more appropriate.
Serpent's Fury: As I understand it, this is like Zhong Kui's ult, with a sorta tick damage-like effect. Also, she should be healed by the % damage, not the entire damage, or she'll be back to full instantly.
How about making it 10 serpents, all going toward a targeted or nearest god. Once they attack the god, they'll seek new targets automatically for 50% damage. (Also, you put physical damage in the ult, but magical damage elsewhere. What kind of god is she?)
Serpent's Fury is like Trundle's Ultimate in LoL. Dealing damage based on percentage of hp and healing herself with the amount. But only a single target. Shredding protections should be suitable. I want her to be a tank shredder.
Your idea of serpent's fury was similar to my "Buto, The Serpent Godess" 1.0. It didn't suit my interests on an assassin.
Well, since I have no idea how much damage the ult actually does, since you declined to put any ticks or such, I can't give feedback on it. 0.33 tick for 3 seconds is a lot better than 0.5 seconds for 8 seconds.
So she's physical, then. You should look over her ability descriptions and change them to deal physical damage. Also, you lack contributions on her one and two.
The ultimate, with 300 physical power (which is fairly easy to do nowadays), would deal 55% of a god's max health, minus protections. This ultimate is actually pretty weak, at least on the tank-busting end, while the base damage deals an obscene 1200 damage, which quite frankly is ******ed.
Simple fix. Make the ult deal 500 damage at last levels (500/10 = 50, so the base damage scales like 10/20/30/40/50), and up the % damage to 4% (+1% per 100 physical power). That way, it will destroy enemy tanks. Also, give it scaling defense pen, so at level 1 it will got through 8% of a target's defenses, then 16%, then 24%, capping at 40% defense pen. It won't affect squishy enemies that badly, but it will ruin tanks.
Damn I had second thoughts of her being magical. Yes she is physical.
Yes 300 Physical Power: in Level 20.. . is achievable.
Great idea on the iterations on defense shredding. I do not get why the base damage is bad.
120+ (25% of 300 = 60 ) 180 damage pretty marginal in high levels plus the DoT.
