Smart idea I like it hopefully they make hi. A character

I like the idea of a god like this existing, but I feel like his Ult is similar to that of Loki's Ult Assassinate but silences the target instead of stunning them. I like the idea of how his combat efficient in which he's not a ability relent god and can be like a close range hunter. I also want to add that he seems too over-powered in his passive in that it's like having a built in Qin's Sais and his abilities having ridiculous amount of power to them which seems too powerful to me. With those con aside he seems like a stalker of the field that you never want to run into or have him find you.

edit: i've nerfed all of his skills except passive i hope it will be better
