Hello, I'm dacoqrs (duh) and I'm doing a forum article on True and Nontrue passives

Let me start by defining those words.

True Passive: A passive that provides a unique benefit that does not activate off of his abilities, or basically isn't directly linked to one or more of his abilities.

Nontrue Passive A passive that is linked to a god's abilities.

In theory, passives should ideally be true passives, because they are truly passive, and give god's a unique benefit that could possibly encourage unique item builds and playstyles. In addition, Nontrue passives could usually just be worked into an ability (ex. Chronos)

This is not a measure of balance. Just because a god has a true passive does not mean it's balanced, and vice versa.

This is not a measure of how unique or creative a passive is. Chronos' passive is very unique, for example, but could easily be tied into the ability that activates Wheel of Time, Accelerate.

Without futher wait, here are my lists.

Anhur (Passive could be applied to a specific ability)
Anubis (Passive affects abilities)
Cupid (Passive affects abilities)
Fenrir (Passive affects abilities)
Hades (Passive affects abilities)
Neith (Abilities create broken weaves and abilities are affected by them)
Poseidon (Passive is changed by abilities, and abilities are changed by passive)
Rama (Passive affects and are used by abilities)
Serqet (Abilities build up passive on enemies, sorta)
Scylla (Passive affects abilities)
Thanatos (Okay, he has like 3 ****ing passives, I'll just put him in debated)

If you need any further clarification, please ask, and I hope I have enlightened you, and perhaps given you hardcore balance discussers something to think about when you see a god with a nontrue passive :)
