I don't like it to much mostly because my team sees it as a team fight and doesn't focus the minions while their team knows precisely how big the part of the minions is. So the match ends up in a loss because my team dies and gets out pushed while their team is taking in the kills.
I like arena because it doesnt take 30 mins to finish a game. its fast and full of action. it's nice to play when you dont have that much time.
The only thing i hate in arena is Ares. i always get a active to counter it but my team just doesnt understand this (90% of the time) and we end up losing.
Well I think it's great tbh. I love how you don't need to build for utility and you can just go for DAMAGE. But it really is what got me into the game and probbaly always will be.
Arena is my main game mode now. I used to main Assault for a long time, but I grew tired of it and switched back to Arena. It's really all I ever play these days.
I quite enjoy it because it's not as strict as CQ which, as you said, means pretty much every god/goddess can succeed in it, and I really like that aspect of it.
