Because there's a system called 'masteries' in League of Legends, similar to talent points. They're accessibly to all champions, because they're chosen before the match, and provide small bonuses. You have 30 points to spend in 3 trees (offense, defense, utility), so seeing things like 21/9/0 is common.

I did the guys like thor, merc, fen, ne etc. Already. The only junglers i still need are hun, than, bastet, arachne and kali. So i guess fml because i hate thanatos. He just doesn't fit my style.
the only problem i see with thanatos is that he cant be the backbone of the fight. once you have someone else be that backbone and thanatos doesnt get focused by every possible cc and damage on the enemy team - he starts melting faces very very fast.
