Fenrir: How would you change Brutalize?

How would you guys change Brutalize to make it more fun to use and more skill orientated?

I have 2 ideas the first not being an idea I came up with my self I just thought it was a good idea that I saw on reddit!

1: keep the skill mechanics similar to the way they are now but add the ne zah ult mechanic with the timed clicks between strikes to do max damage on correct hit and reduce the base damage for missed clicks between each strike.

or

2: change the small leap to work like nemesis dash how ever you can only jump 1ce like you can now unless you hit a valid target letting him jump and strike again up to 2 extra jumps!

obviously there would need to be a few number changes and passive bonus changes to balance it out but I cant think of any that would make it op or up unfortunately.
but anyway what are you're ideas?

Me being a hardcore Fenrir player the option 2 would make Brutalize more broken. More power helps me though so I wouldn't mind ;D Though I'd like there to be a nerf also so people stop spamming me with spam 3 noob. XD

I dont think option 2 would be that broken as it takes more time to dish out the damage and you need to hit an enemy to dish out all the damage and there would also be more of a window to get hit buy cc to interupt the ability and also more of a chance to juke it!
