Arena is just casual dnot care wanna just fight with crazy.
Exactly what it was like back then. Not for everyone and I love the mode but never play it.
I think that's almost the point of arena mode. Like Asmoday said, it's more casual than conquest. If I want a challenge and I'm looking to be a little seriously I'll play conquest, arena is just "fun times" for me.
Also, while you play one conquest match you can easily play 4 arena matches.
So you can have way more fun, since you usually don't have fun when you notice that your team starts losing in conquest.
I look at it similar to ARAM but Smite's version. Adding the buffs is nice on minions. But overall it is just a brawl 5v5 I play when I'm tired or wanna spice things up a bit.
I like the Arena mode because it's insane intensity. Like these guys said, it's great if you just want to bash some skulls in Smite during a quick 15 minute game. Overall though, I don't play it that much unless I'm "in the mood" or pressed for time.
