Although I will admit, if you have a He Bo vs. Ao Kuang match-up, Ao will win.
i dont think so, could go either way depending on playstyle and how good you kite.
but there are numerous ways to shutdown a lot of Ao's dmg and his escape isnt too amazing, hebo on the other hand has a long range nuke which really hurts plus hooking your flood waters on him will cripple ao's ability to run, and in close range hebo can 1 shot him using water cannon and ult.
ao's ulti is dead easy to dodge so in a 1v1 dont expect to land it, so all you need to do is dodge 1 tornadoes, super easy to do, flood to him or blink ability, if he hits you with squall it wont help, lower dmg and lower slow then flood, hebo, water cannon, geyser ulti if ao lives that long.
