I have to admit that I spend a respectable time of my day on SF. I like to see guides and/or , even though more or less the meta right now is so solid, that you don't see much variety. BUT, there are still some guides out there, that were amazing when they first came out, but COMPLETELY useless right now (see Physical Ymir Guides etc.)
Shouldn't there be a way to be able to delete or archive threads like them for the shake of validity?

I think we can force archive guides but not delete guides. I can't *quite* remember if mods can do that. If you want, you can report guides to be archived, with reasoning :)

Would be good, there is is a sea of guides, for every god, and some of them are ridiculously outdated.
You can check out my cool Ymir guide by clicking here
Thanks Lprats for making an awesome Ymir drawing :)

It really needs to happen, I would also like it if they did what MobaFire dose AKA after 6 (might need to be more because Smite gets patches more frequently) patches without an update a guide is considered expired and forced archived.

Ι was thinking something like Nex's proposition. Not only it is very boring for simple users to distingusih and finally report a guide that should be archived, but I guess that moderators woudn't have exactly a blast of a time, if they had to check through each and every guide that is reported. I think an automated system is a much more interesting aspect, just sayan!

Would be really useful, some guides that are outdated with like 2 paragraphs of text have like 80 votes lol

I think Nex's proposition isn't bad...if limited.

Some patches literally change NOTHING about a god or his build (for example, last patch was soooo underwhelming). But it's not a bad start

Would rather have it if mods had to go through guides. It would be a hell of a lot of work at the beginning, since there's so many guides but I'm pretty sure they can tell a guide from 2 years ago is more outdated from one a couple patches ago.

Eh, but that means they'd have to keep up to date on every single guide, every single patch. That's hundreds of guides.

I think just archiving guides from before the physical/magical schism would be a good step
