Ao Kuang floated down, shrinking his form as he did so and told the villagers to rise. He bowed to each of them and instructed them to do the same. He could smell the fear emanating from each of them, and smiled inwardly. It would be easier to get things done if they feared him, but he did not want to be feared any longer, he wanted to be revered and respected. Too log he had ruled through fear, and his favorite scout and third brother had both been slain because of it. He thought for a moment, reflecting back at all of the battles he had won, and the ones he had not. He could sense that Ne Zha had been called down, and Ao Kuang bristled with fury, but he was on another continent, a world away for all the villagers knew, but he would have his revenge. He contented himself with helping the villagers, no, townspeople first, and decided he would kill Ne Zha when he was free of his contract.

Ao Kuang looked at the frightened villagers below him. He towered over them by at least 15 feet, and the fact that he was floating wasn't doing any harm either. He gazed around the immediate area and took note of the impoverished town. It looked like it had seen better days, and Ao Kuang noticed the futile efforts to protect the villagers by housing them in the barracks. He laughed and the small gathering of villagers at his feet flinched away. This caused him to laugh more, and he reveled in the feeling. It had been many years since he had left his Chrystal Palace, and his worshippers had been growing thin throughout the years in his absence. He was weaker than he should be, far weaker. He needed to gain more worshippers, and after gazing at the tiny man in the blue and gold robe, he realized that the man might be able to help him.

In a small town of Jostono, a crowd was gathered around a podium. There were murmurs among the townspeople of the Great War. They knew that the Gods were getting restless, and that other towns had been ravaged by their legendary fighting. The TownKing was standing on the podium, looking very afraid. Everyone waited anxiously for him to speak, since he had announced that he had very important news. The crowd was nervously shifting their feet, the Gold supply had been running low, and they couldn't afford to hold off an invading God. Most towns had already claimed a God, but Jostono didn't have the resources or the worshippers to appease and call down one. They all jumped when the TownKing spoke. He spoke with a deep, booming voice, which was laced with sorrow.

In the near future, I am going to narrate Smite battles. It will be in the perspective of the god that I either choose, or am playing. Most of the stories will be based off of my own battles, but you can send me your own and I could narrate them. These stories will be in chapters, and will include some exposition on how the story is going to work. (AKA buying items, returning to base, dying, and actives). This is probably going to be a really long project of mine, and I doubt that you will read my stories, but it would be cool if you did!
