The problem with basing a build's viability on casual play is that those matches aren't usually very consistent because you can be matched with and against players of varying skill levels, much like how it is in low ranked matches. This may "work" in casual play depending upon one's competition level, but it would likely fall apart in mid to high rank play (Diamond+). The lack of any physical defense items and only one magical defense item means that this isn't really a traditional tank build and I cannot recommend it unless I was memeing or trolling my team.
