Now this build looks weird, right? Telkhines? Magus? Well let me tell you, there is logic in this madness.
Now your passive's main effect here is that your autos will double in damage after landing a damaging ability. This is where Telkhine's comes up. It will make your autos hit with an extra punch, alongside being able to get out many more during a fight. You see where I'm going right?
SoM will increase your already doubled damage by 7%, and with the additional pen added on, you'll be hitting tanks harder than you normally would as well
Your main combo will be Frost Breath, Basic, Glacial Strike, Basic. This allows you to pump out a load of damage while the enemy is constantly cc'd. If somehow the enemy is alive after this, finish it off with Shards of Ice.
Your Ice Wall is a method of catching up with fleeing enemies. Place it right in their face while they're running or dashing. Block a jungle corridor with it. Point is, you're trapping them in with you.
