Start with rank 3 Shielded Teleport to Tower and Greaves. Next get Meditation rank 3 not Salvation. Then get rank 3 greaves go into Reinforced Greaves. Witch stone rank 3 is next. Shield of Growth is necessary as mages counter Vamana well. Next Qin's Sais are important to help you live through and eliminate those on low health. Frostbound Hammer rank 3 is next stay on Frostbound not Frostbound Amulet. Then max out Titan's Bane. I do well with this build, and I hope you luck fellow Vamana players.
Pro Tip: Use Umbrellarang and Armored Umbrella as a lane clear.
