I realize that this build is unorthodox for Loki, but I average 15+ kills and barely any deaths (or none at all); I figure it's got something right.
I find it entertaining to add Stone of Gaia or Relic Dagger. Relic Dagger makes attack and movement speed higher so Qin's does more eating away at health and the movement speed coupled with Vanish makes your escape potential very high, not to mention you can get your escape relics back faster. Stone of Gaia makes him meaty enough to avoid most deaths, and the MP5 boost allows more use of Vanish and Aimed Strike. Who doesn't love more sneak attacks, right?
Hastened Fatalis is now expensive, and so is Qin's Sais; so getting to the fourth item can take a little while, so I started using Watcher's Gift because of the extra gold to help get the more expensive items faster; I've ended up with 1000-2000 more gold than most other players not too long into the match. Jotunn's Wrath and Brawler's Beat Stick paired with The Executioner makes his attack speed high enough for the penetration to take a toll on enemy health; putting that with Qin's and Hastened makes tracking enemies and eating away at them a breeze.
